A Laundry Bag Out Tag includes essential order details:
Customer name
Order ID
Bag count
Payment status
Optional barcode for quick scanning
Printing Tags
Compatible Printers: Use receipt printers like Epson TM-T20III USB or Star TSP100 USB, or label printers on sticky labels or linerless options.
Linerless Printers: These printers offer up to 60% more labels per roll, are easy to remove and reapply, and leave no residue—ideal for laundry bags.
Workflow
Create an Order: Start from the New Order page.
Mark Order as Cleaned: From the Cleaning page, mark the order as Cleaned.
Enter Details: Enter rack location and bag/hanging count.
Printing: Tags are automatically printed once details are entered, including barcode if configured.
Scanning: From the Ready page, scan barcodes to track orders.
Additional Setup
Enable Tag Printing: Go to Settings → Hardware → select Receipt Printer, Garment Tag Printer, or Label Printer.
Adjust Label Settings: In Settings → Admin → Workflow → Cleaning Page, enable Prompt for Number of Bags & Hanging Count.
