Overview

The Revenue page in Metrics (Settings → Metrics → Revenue) provides a comprehensive view of your store’s earnings, excluding outstanding balances.

This page displays revenue data through graphs and tables, including payment method breakdowns such as:

  • Card payments

  • Cash

  • Cheque

  • Pre-payments

  • Invoices

You can filter revenue by customer, order type, and export the data in PDF format.

Customizing Revenue Data

🪄 Tip: When running tax-based calculations, pay attention to the subtotal and use the available display options by toggling the filters.

You can customize the view further using filters:

  • Show Subtotal

  • Show Tax

  • Show Tips

  • Show Delivery Contribution

You can also export the table as a CSV file for reporting or accounting purposes.

Laundry Cards Revenue Stats

  • To view revenue for Fascard, LaundryCard, and Laundroworks, go to:
    Settings → Metrics → Revenue

These values appear under LaundryCard and can be filtered by date range.

A detailed day-by-day breakdown is shown, with total revenue displayed at the bottom of the page.

Route-Specific Metrics

The Revenue and Orders sections in Metrics allow you to break down revenue, order count, and sales data by route.

You can:

  • Select the relevant route(s)

  • Choose the date range (top right corner)

  • View a day-by-day breakdown of revenue, orders, and delivery income

You can filter metrics specifically for:

  • Pickup & Delivery orders, or

  • In-store orders

This gives you clearer insights into route performance and operational efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Revenue page and the Overview page?

Revenue Page
Location: Settings → Metrics → Revenue

  • Includes invoices, pre-payments, and all sales

  • Reflects all money received, excluding outstanding balances

  • Shows a broader, more inclusive financial picture

  • For invoices, the Revenue page shows the payment method (for example, card) rather than “invoice payment,” and invoice values are not included in the Subtotal field.

Overview Page (Revenue Breakdown)
Location: Settings → Metrics → Overview → Revenue breakdown

  • Shows only completed and fully paid orders

  • Does not include invoices or any unpaid amounts

  • Focuses strictly on realized revenue (cash, card, etc.)

📌 Why numbers may not match:
The Overview page is more restrictive, it only counts fully paid transactions. The Revenue page includes additional revenue sources like invoices and pre-payments.

Both pages allow you to adjust the date range from the top right corner.
