Creating and managing custom price lists in CleanCloud allows you to tailor pricing for different customer groups. Here’s how you can add, edit, and delete custom price lists.
How to Create a Custom Price List
Navigate to Settings → Products page.
Click on Default Price List and select Add a New Price List from the dropdown menu.
Fill in the Details:
Name: Enter a name for your new price list for easy identification.
Price List To Copy: Choose a price list to copy from.
Multiply Prices by: Use this field to adjust prices by a percentage (e.g., enter 0.8 for a 20% discount or 1.2 for a 20% increase).
If no multiplier is used, the new price list will copy the selected price list's products and prices.
Press Add Price List to save your changes.
How to Edit a Custom Price List
Editing a custom price list in CleanCloud is easy. Choose between two methods to update your prices:
Method 1: Editing Directly
Select the relevant price list.
Click edit on the product you want to modify.
Adjust the product details in the pop-up window, including price and active status. Inactive products will be greyed out on the new order page.
Method 2: Using the New Price List Updater
Navigate to the Import Tool at https://cleancloudapp.com/import.
Scroll down to the Price List Updater.
Download the custom price list you want to edit.
Edit the prices while keeping the product order the same.
Import the updated price list to confirm changes.
How to Delete a Custom Price List
Go to Settings → Products.
Select the price list you want to delete.
Click the edit pencil next to any product.
Click Delete Price List at the bottom right of the screen.
