Setting Up the Appearance Page

Overview

CleanCloud allows you to personalize your store’s appearance to strengthen your brand identity and create a consistent customer experience across your POS and communications.

You can customize colors, upload your logo, and include business details to give your store a professional and branded look.


Accessing Appearance Settings

Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Appearance.

1. Colors and Logo

This section controls how your branding appears across your POS, email notifications, and invoices.

Upload Your Logo

Display your logo in the POS (top left), email notifications, and invoices. 📎 File types supported: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Ensure your file is a valid image.

Show Logo on Email

Toggle on/off to show your logo in customer emails.

Show Logo in Navigation Bar

Toggle on/off to display your logo in the POS navigation bar.

Show Logo on Invoice

Toggle on/off to include your logo in printed or emailed invoices.

Start Week on Sunday

Changes the calendar start day on the New Order page from Monday to Sunday.

Set Header Colors

Customize the background and text colors for email headers and the POS navigation bar to match your brand colors.

Customer Contact Information on Clean & Ready Pages

Choose whether to display the customer’s Phone Number or use their Notification Method.

🪄 Pro tip: Transparent backgrounds don’t display well. The system automatically fills transparent areas with a dark color. For best results, upload your logo with a solid background color.


2. Additional Information in Emails

To include important business details in all outgoing customer emails:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Email → Additional Information in Email.

  2. Add your custom text such as:

    • Tax ID or business registration number

    • Store address

    • Payment terms

    • Special instructions or return policies

This information will appear on all customer emails for clear, consistent communication.
