Ensuring your store’s order timestamps reflect the correct timezone is essential for smooth business operations. This guide will walk you through setting your timezone in CleanCloud, and it only needs to be configured once!
⚠️ Note: Only the account Admin can set the timezone, so ensure the store owner is making this change.
How to Set the Timezone for Your Store
Log into CleanCloud.
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Store Info → Timezone.
Select your timezone from the dropdown menu, which includes both cities and continents (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/London, Australia/Sydney, or Asia/Dubai).
Once selected, click Submit.
🪄 Tip: Daylight savings adjustments are automatic, so no need to update settings. Your historical data will also reflect the correct timezone!
Timezone for Calendar Alerts (Pickup and Delivery)
For Pickup and Delivery services, you can configure calendar alerts by adjusting your timezone preferences:
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Notifications → Timezone for Calendar Alert.
