CleanCloud allows admins to manage tip distribution easily, ensuring fair allocation among staff. Follow these steps to configure and view tips assigned to each role.
Configuring Tip Distribution
Enable Tips: Go to Settings โ Admin โ Payments & Finances.
Activate Tip Collection: In the Tips section, toggle Accept Tips on.
Set Tip Percentages:
Assign percentages based on roles for fair distribution:Staff Who Created the Order
Staff Who Cleaned the Order
Staff Who Completed the Order (non-delivery orders)
Pickup Driver (for pickups)
Delivery Driver (for deliveries)
Save Settings: Click Submit to apply your changes.
๐ Note: The fields for Pickup Driver and Delivery Driver appear if your business offers those services.
Viewing Tips by Staff
Admins can review assigned tips:
Go to Settings โ Users โ Tips.
Use the dropdown menu to select a specific staff member and timeframe to get an overview of their earned tips.
๐ช Pro tip:
Tips are allocated only after an order has been marked as Completed, and only orders marked as Completed within the selected timeframe will be presented.
