Laundroworks is a specialized laundry card system that enables customers to store digital balances on contactless cards. This simplifies the order processing process and expands the payment options available to your customers.
Setting Up Laundroworks in CleanCloud
Go to Settings → Hardware → Laundry Cards.
Choose Laundroworks as your card type.
Enter your Laundroworks username and password.
Tip:For additional setup details, log in to your Laundroworks account and review your account settings.
Click Update to save your configuration.
How to Take Payment with Laundroworks
Follow these steps for a seamless Laundroworks experience:
Select a customer on the New Order page and detail the order as usual.
When processing payment, choose Pay by Laundroworks.
Enter the customer's Laundroworks card number.
Click Submit and the order is paid for.
🪄 Tip: You can also charge the Laundroworks card from the Ready page by clicking the Payment button.
Connecting a POS Reader
The POS reader communicates wirelessly through the cloud, just like the laundry machine readers. No physical connection to the POS computer is needed.
