Filter By Section
Easily organize orders by relevant sections in the Detail and Cleaning pages. Use the 'Filter Sections' dropdown at the top of the page to select your desired section and focus your view.
Colour Code
Quickly spot orders on the Detail, Cleaning, and Ready pages with our colour-coded system matching your section colours.
To activate this feature, navigate to Settings > Admin > Workflow. Then, proceed to the Detail, Cleaning, or Ready page to update this, and ensure that the 'Show Section of Order Using Colours' toggle is enabled.
Cleaning Page - Due Filter
Simplify order prioritization on the Cleaning page with the due filter. To apply this filter, access the 'All' dropdown and select from options such as:
- All
- Due Today
- Due Today & Overdue
- Due Tomorrow
- Overdue
- Created Today
- Express Orders
Reports
Access valuable insights or print detailed reports for further analysis using the filtering options in the Cleaning and Ready pages. Simply select the 'Reports' dropdown at the top of the page to access the available reports:
Cleaning Page
- Give Bag To Driver
- To Clean Report
- To Clean Report (No dates)
- Cleaned Today
- Cleaned Yesterday
- Detailed Today
Ready Page
- Completed Today (Cannot be changed to past dates.)
- Delivery Printout
- Run Audit
- View Audits
- Send to Deadstock
Ready Page - Sorting Orders
On the Ready page, you can easily organize orders by type or specific routes using the filter feature. Just access the 'All Orders' dropdown and select from options like:
- Order Type: In-Store, Delivery, or Lockers (if enabled).
- Routes: Alternatively, filter by your preferred route for efficient order management.
Pickups Page - Display Route
Easily organize and filter the view on the Pickups page by choosing the route you wish to prioritize. Simply utilize the 'Filter Route(s)' dropdown option and select your desired routes. This tool allows you to select multiple routes simultaneously.
