CleanCloud offers flexible options for how customers place pickup and delivery orders online. You can customize the order flow to suit your business needs and enhance the customer experience.
New Order Flow (Web Booking Tool Only)
The New Order Flow applies exclusively to customers using your web booking tool, not the CleanCloud app.
With this flow, you have two options for customer sign-ups:
Default (Standard Flow) – Customers must create an account before placing an order.
Alternative (New Flow) – Customers can place an order first, then create an account before checkout.
If you enable the Alternative Flow, customers will first:
Select products/services.
Add their address.
Either log in to an existing account or create a new one before finalizing the order.
Customers must log in or sign up to complete their order.
📌 Why was this flow added? Some customers prefer to view service pricing and product availability before committing to an account. If you prefer the default option, no additional setup is required.
To configure this, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings → Order Flow, then select either:
"Customer creates account first" (default).
"Customer creates order before creating account" (new flow).
Customer Order Flow Options
By navigating to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings → Customer Order Flow, you can customize how customers place orders online via the web booking tool or CleanCloud app.

Upcharges: Customers can add optional upcharges when booking.
Turnaround Time Override: If products have different turnaround times, they will default to the service flow’s turnaround time.
3. Quick Book (No Service/Item Selection)
Fastest order process – customers skip selecting specific services or items.
They only select pickup and delivery dates, and checkout will display order details.
