Learn how to configure CleanCloud's Customer Order Flow with options for item selection, service booking, or quick pickup/delivery booking.

CleanCloud provides flexible options for how customers place pickup and delivery orders online. After enabling online services for your store, configure the order flow by navigating to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings → Customer Order Flow.


Order Flow Options

1. Allow Customer to Select Items/Garments

  • Customers can manually select products available for online purchase, similar to your POS setup, including section and product details.

  • Optional Selection: Customers can place orders without selecting specific items.


2. Customer Only Selects Services

  • Customers book services (e.g., Wash & Fold, Dry Cleaning) via the app or web booking tool.

  • Customizable Services:

    • Assign names, descriptions, turnaround hours, bag/item limits, section assignments, and upcharges.

    • Rearrange the display order by dragging services up or down in the settings.

  • Upcharges: Customers can opt for optional add-ons during booking.

  • Turnaround Time Override: Products with additional turnaround times will follow the service flow's turnaround time for Pickup and Delivery orders.


3. Quick Book (No Service/Item Selection)

  • Customers skip selecting specific services or items.

  • They only choose pickup and delivery dates, with checkout showing relevant order details for a fast and simple booking experience.
