The Search page in CleanCloud allows you to effortlessly locate orders, track progress, and manage transactions, keeping your operations seamless and organized.

How to Access the Search Page

Navigate to Settings → 🔍 Search to access this feature.


Key Features of the Search Page

Using Filters

Quickly refine your search with filters for Orders, Customers, or Payments to find the exact information you need.

🪄 Tip: If you're using CleanCloud Pay, you can track transactions and payouts directly from this page.


Finding Specific Orders

Narrow down searches using the following filters:

  • Order Status: Locate orders by status (e.g., awaiting pickup, cleaning, completed).

  • Customer Details: Search by customer name, order ID, phone number, or email.

  • Advanced Filters: Use date range options like Placed After, Cleaned Before, and search by specific details such as Notes, Private Notes, or Customer Groups for precise results.


Tracking Order Updates

Stay informed with real-time order progress:

See timestamps for order creation, cleaning, detailing, and completion.
Monitor staff assignments to track who handled each order.


Payment Collection

  • With CleanCloud Pay or Clearent integration, you can collect payments directly from the Search page by selecting the payment button.

  • Without an integrated payment processor, update payment statuses manually:

⚠️ Important: Selecting Pay by Card on the Search page does not process a payment, even if you have an integrated payment processor. This button only updates the payment status in CleanCloud.
