The Search page allows you to easily search for orders and monitor their progress, making your workflow seamless and organized.
Access this page by going to Settings > 🔍 Search.
The Search Page Overview
Using Filters
With filtering options, you can narrow down your search by selecting Orders, Customers, or Payments.
Tip:
If you use CleanCloud Pay, you can also track transactions and payouts here.
Specific Order Searches
Under Orders, you can refine your search by order status and type, and various refining filters such as customer details, order ID, summary, and more. This allows you to quickly locate orders awaiting pickup, cleaning, or those already completed.
Tip:
Narrow down your search further by specifying orders within a timeframe using options like Placed After, Placed Before, Cleaned After, and Cleaned Before.
Tracking Order Updates
Stay informed about order progress by tracking updates in real-time. See when orders were created, cleaned, detailed, or completed, along with timestamps and staff assignments.
Payment Collection
The Search page also allows you to collect payments if you've integrated CleanCloud Pay or Clearent as your payment providers.
If your account doesn't have a payment integration set, you can still update the order payment status, but no actual payment will be processed.
