Prefer to Set It Up Yourself?

If you’d rather manage the sign-up process manually, make sure you have the following information on hand before getting started:

Company Information

  • Legal Entity Name

  • Mailing & Filing Address

  • Company Industry

  • Pay Frequency

  • First Pay Date

  • Pay Period

Business (Tax) Information

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

  • Taxpayer Type (e.g. LLC, S-Corp)

  • Federal Filing Form (941 or 944)

  • Bank Account Number

  • Routing Number

State Tax Information (if applicable)

Most states will require some or all of the following:

  • Withholding Account ID

  • Withholding Deposit Schedule

  • Unemployment Account ID

  • Unemployment Rate

  • Local Tax ID (if required)

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Hire Date

  • Hourly Wage or Salary
