Keep customers informed about their order status with CleanCloud’s customizable notifications. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp (where available), ensuring customers stay up-to-date at every stage of their order.
General Settings
To set up notifications, go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings. Here, you can:
Set Default Preferences: Customize how notifications are sent.
Save Customer Preferences: Choose if customer notification settings are remembered.
Select Delivery Methods: Choose from email, SMS, push, or WhatsApp.
Notification Options
You can enable notifications for these specific events:
Order Created
Order Edited (with total or date/time changes)
Order Cleaned and Ready
Pickup Order Ready for Collection
Delivery Order Successfully Delivered
Invoice Paid (Email Only)
Advanced Customization
To tailor individual notification methods, access each type’s settings under its specific tab (e.g., SMS, Email, Push).
How to Preview Email Notifications
Previewing email notifications ensures the content meets your requirements:
Create a Test Account:
Register a test account using a valid email address.
Place a Test Order:
Go through the entire order workflow (e.g., Detail, Cleaning, Ready). Ensure that notification settings are enabled for email.
Check Email Notifications:
Monitor the email messages sent at each stage to preview the content customers would receive.
🗒️ Notes:
SMS Messages: SMS notifications require SMS credits. Purchase at Settings → Admin → Notifications → SMS → SMS Credits → Buy SMS Credits.
Email and Push Notifications: Both are free to use and do not require additional credits.
