Order Update Notifications
CleanCloud provides default notification templates to automatically inform customers about order updates. These templates are designed to meet carrier requirements and ensure reliable message delivery.
You can manage notification settings by navigating to: Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings → Send Notifications For
⚠️ SMS Notification Policy
Due to carrier and compliance requirements, SMS notification content cannot usually be edited or customized.
SMS templates are managed by CleanCloud to ensure reliable delivery across all regions.
In some cases, exceptions may be possible. If you have a specific request or are unsure, contact Support and we’ll review it with you.
Email Notification Customisation
Email notifications can be customized, as they are not subject to the same carrier limitations as SMS.
If you would like to adjust the wording of email notifications only to better match your brand tone, this can be done for an additional fee.

EUR: €65
AUD: AU$110
Requesting Email Content Changes
To request email customisation:
Contact Support with the proposed email-only content changes
Our team will review the request to ensure it follows best practices
SMS changes will not be reviewed or actioned.
