If you're new to integrating Uber or DoorDash with CleanCloud, you're eligible for a 30-day trial. This trial allows you to explore Uber’s features with lower upfront costs. While it’s not free, it requires fewer credits to start using the service.

How Does the Trial Work?

During the 30-day trial, you can purchase lower credit bundles to test the service:

  • $25

  • $50

  • $100

This lets you experience Uber’s pickup and delivery features with minimal upfront investment.

What Happens After the Trial Period Ends?

Once the trial ends, you’ll need to purchase additional credits, starting at $200, with options up to $2,500. If your credits drop below $100, customers won’t be able to place new orders with Uber. If you need more time to test the feature, contact support, and we can arrange a different trial timeline.

📌 Note: Uber orders will only be created if there are available Uber credits to cover the journey amounts, regardless of whether your account is in the trial period or not. Enable the 'Auto Top-Up when below 300 credits' option to avoid running out of credits.

How Do I Activate the Uber Integration on CleanCloud?

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered.

  2. Toggle on Uber Pickup and Delivery.

  3. Press Submit to save your changes.

⚠️ Important: If DoorDash has been enabled previously, the trial option will not be available.
