Cleve is the AI Co-pilot for your Personal Brand.
It's a super simple tool that helps you:
Document your thoughts and knowledge in notes, and have it auto-tagged with AI
Write posts from those notes, written based on your writing style and tone
Analyze the performance of your past posts (coming soon into Cleve)
Repurpose your content to multiple social media channels.
This is the easiest way to get what Cleve's all about. Our co-founder Ashvin covers everything you need to know.
Step 1: Sign Up
Visit Cleve.ai.
Create your free account using your email or login with Google.
Step 2: Personalize Your Profile
Cleve thrives on understanding your unique voice. Set up your preferences:
Connect your LinkedIn profile. This is optional, but it allows Cleve to understand your context, past posts and tone far better.
Answer the questions about your interests to further customize it
Step 3: Capture Your Ideas as Notes
Use Cleve as your on-the-go content workspace:
Text Notes: Jot down quick ideas you’d like to turn into posts later.
Voice Mode: Speak naturally, like you're talking to a friend - to quickly record your thoughts, ideas, or daily experiences. Cleve transcribes them with 99% accuracy.
Picture Capture: Share snapshots or stories from your life, and Cleve will help you craft posts around them.
Step 4: Generate Content
Click Generate to turn your messy notes and quick thoughts into optimised posts.
Choose your post platform. Choose from:
LinkedIn posts
TikTok reels scripts
Instagram posts
Newsletters
You can even generate for multiple platforms at once
Personalise your writing further with the additional settings
Generate in a different language (100+ languages supported)
Select between one-liner type writing (short sentences) and paragraphs
Click Generate
Note that each time you generate for each platform, that requires 1 credit (out of the 8 free monthly credits)
Step 5: Quickly edit your posts with AI Editing
Click the pencil icon to open the AI Editing panel
Highlight to edit: Simply highlight specific sections and give custom feedback or choose from one of the default options
Overall feedback: Share your custom feedback on the overall post, or just choose from the default options.
Step 6: Explore Additional Features
Explore: Discover hundreds of personalised content ideas. Click on them to write about them, and generate a post.
Calendar: Use Cleve's internal content calendar to organise your content across all your various platforms.
Notes: This is where all your past notes are saved. Use this like an archive of all your thoughts - and come back regularly to save thoughts whenever you have them! Everything is tagged with AI so you can quickly organise your notes. Save unlimited notes for free.
Posts: Here's where your posts are stored.
Analytics & Reports (coming soon): Understand what resonates with your audience and improve your future content. Use our Content Snapshot tool to quickly understand your content strategy.
Step 7: Stay Consistent
Set a Weekly Schedule: Dedicate 30-45 minutes weekly to input new ideas.
Bring Cleve with you on your morning walk, capture ideas on the go
Pin the tab on your browser, save ideas when they come
Add the Cleve notes app to your phone homescreen (this installs it on your phone)
Engage with Cleve Regularly: The more you use it, the better Cleve understands your style and preferences. Cleve learns from your feedback, edits and improves it's personalization models.
