You may already have an existing database of properties in ClientLook. Any record can be connected to LightBox. Doing so allows you to download any missing property data, and enjoy ongoing real-time property updates. Try this in ClientLook:

  1. Lookup a property that is not connected to LightBox. You'll know that a property is not connected because it will be missing a LightBox logo that would otherwise appear near the top of the record.

  2. Click the Edit this property button.

  3. Choose Connect to LightBox.

  4. In the popup that appears, enter the address of the property and select the match.

  5. Click the Connect property button and choose one of the following options:

    1. Connect property only. Connect this property to the selected LightBox property to enable real-time updates, but don't download any property data.

    2. Download missing fields. Connect this property, and download available LightBox property data into any fields that are empty.

    3. Download all data. Connect this property, and download all available LightBox property data. Overwrite any existing field data in the property now.

Once the connection is complete, you should see your property refresh. A LightBox logo will now appear in the upper right corner.
