Access the Clients Portal, go to the left side menu, and click on the "Employees" section.
Within the "Employees" section, select the company where you want to make the changes at the top of the screen.
Then click on "Add or remove employees".
Select "Add employee" as shown in the rectangular box in the image. Then, select the corresponding agreement/plan from the list of employees you want to modify using the arrow button and click on the "Next" button.
Next, download the Excel file where you need to paste the data of your employees. When you're ready, upload the list by dragging the file into the gray box and click on "Make request".
If the file is incorrect, you will see this message. Press the "x" button and re-upload the file with the requested data.
Tips for a successful upload! 😍
Do not delete the blue header where the instructions are located, always start entering data from the blank rows without skipping any.
Do not leave blank spaces after the names.
Respect the date format: day-month-year. It should be complete, for example:
23-10-1991.
Send only the new collaborators, not the entire payroll.
