Access the Clients Portal, go to the left sidebar menu, and click on the "Employees" section.
Within the "Employees" section, select the company in which you want to make the changes at the top of the screen.
Then click on "Add or remove employees."
Select "Remove employee" as shown in the rectangle in the image. Then, select the corresponding agreement/contracted plan for the list of employees you want to modify, as shown by the arrow, and click the "Next" button.
Next, download the Excel file where you must paste only the identification numbers (column A of the downloadable Excel file). You don't need anything else. When you're ready, upload the list by dragging the file into the gray rectangle and click on "Make request."
