Agenda Format
The Agenda format on the Rotations Page allows you to view rotation schedules within a given week, and can be filtered by service area, opportunity, school, student discipline, and more. Information includes student, discipline, school, site, and availability window time.
To view:
Click Agenda at the top of the page
Select the desired week
Then, filter by any criteria you choose by clicking + Add filter
To view rotation details, click on a rotation
Print Schedules
To print or save a schedule to PDF, click on Export PDF at the top left corner of the page.
Select your desired week(s)
Select your detail level
Click print to print out the schedule
Alternatively, on the print page, under destination, you can click Save to PDF
