Opportunity usage report allows sites to view utilized/un-utilized opportunities on a given day, week, or month. Visualize what opportunity has been allocated in the services/opportunity section to see what's been filled, what's open, and what's overfilled from Reports or by service area. The report can be filtered by any standard filter criteria.

Opportunity Usage Report

The opportunity usage report allows you to view utilized and available opportunities overall and can be filtered by service area, opportunity, school, student discipline, and more.

To view:

Click Reports from the left navigation menu
Click Opportunity usage report

Then, filter by any criteria you choose by clicking Add filter at the top of the page

Here's a sample view of one service area's opportunity:

To view the details, click on a date from the calendar
From here, you can take action on the details:
- View the total opportunity usage
- View student rotations in each status
- Take action on student rotations (ie, add to waitlist/close/accept rotations)

To view opportunity usage,

Click Services on the left navigation menu
Scroll to the three dots on the far right side of the opportunity
From the dropdown, click view utilization

Then, filter by any criteria you choose by selecting from the dropdown boxes, or filtering by keyword

Sample view:

To view the details, click on a date from the calendar
From here, you can take action on the details:
- View the total opportunity usage
- View student rotations in each status
- Take action on student rotations (ie, add to waitlist/close/accept rotations)
