After reading this article you will be able to...

  • Set a Required Expiration Date

Set an Expiration Date as Required

Steps requiring verification can be configured with an expiration date to be entered by clinical site staff upon verification.

To enable the expiration date requirement

  • Click settings

  • Then, click Onboarding steps or Active Steps

  • Select the step you intend to enforce an expiration date on

  • Click on the bullet for Yes to enable the expiration requirement

Note: If you select no, setting a verification will be optional and can be set per step, per rotation.

Once this has been enable you will be prompted to set an expiration date when verifying a step within an active rotation.

After verifying the step you will also be able to apply the expiration you set for any other rotations with the same step for that specific student.

Note: Click view details to see more information about these rotations without navigating away from your current page.
