Add Optional Expiration Dates on Steps

Steps requiring verification can now have an optional expiration date added. On individual rotations, the ‘set verification expiration’ button will display once a step has been verified:

When verifying any step, if additional rotations that include the same step exist within your permissions, an additional modal will open to display the other rotation(s) that contain the same step. You can then view whether the information in the other steps is the same (i.e. - same files or a different ones, and the current status of the rotations). Next, select if you’d like to apply the verification to one or more of the other rotations, or just the rotation you’re currently viewing:


Set an Expiration Date as Required

Steps requiring verification can now be configured with an expiration date to be entered by clinical site staff upon verification.

To enable this requirement, click settings > steps (select the step you intend to enforce an expiration date on) > Switch the toggle to the on position:

Once enabled, any step requiring an expiration date to be entered, will prompt a date selection box after clicking to verify the step:

Once an expiration has been set, and if this step exists on any other rotations within the organization you have permissions for, an additional modal will open to display the other rotation(s) containing the same step. You can then view if the information in the other steps is the same. You can also view if you’d like to apply the verification and expiration to one or more of the other rotations, or just the rotation you’re currently viewing:

Note: Click view details to see more information about these rotations without navigating away from your current page.
