Adding Optional Step Verification Expiration

Steps that require verification can now have an optional expiration date added. On individual rotations, the ‘set verification expiration’ button will display once a step has been verified:

When verifying any step, if additional rotations that include the same step exist within your permissions, an additional modal will open to display the other rotation(s) that contain the same step. You can then view whether the information in the other steps is the same (i.e. - same files or a different ones and the current status of the rotations). Next, select if you’d like to apply the verification to one or more of the other rotations, or just the rotation that you’re currently viewing:

To enable this requirement, click over to settings > steps to select the step you’d like to enforce an expiration date on. Once you click to the step, you can switch the toggle to the on position:

Once enabled, any step that requires an expiration date to be entered, will prompt with a date selection box after you’ve clicked to verify the step:

Once an expiration has been set, and if this step exists on any other rotations within the organization you have permissions for, an additional modal will open to display the other rotation(s) that contain the same step. You can then view 1. If the information in the other steps is the same and 2. If you’d like to apply the verification and expiration to one or more of the other rotations, or just the rotation that you’re currently viewing:
