The evaluations feature in Clinician Nexus allows you to create custom evaluations for students, preceptors, and faculty to complete at the end of a clinical experience.

Configuring Evaluations
To set up an evaluation:
Click Settings > Evaluation steps in your navigation menu.
Click Add Evaluation step at the top of the page.

Create a custom evaluation form in the same way you create forms for applications, onboarding, and offboarding.

Once you've built the form, you can assign the step to be completed by a student, faculty, or preceptor. You can also set your results preferences in order to ensure anonymous reporting.

Completing Evaluations
In the rotation details window, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Under the section Evaluation steps, you will see steps requiring completion, who is responsible for completing them, and instructions on how to do so.

Reviewing Evaluation Results
Evaluation results can be found by the clinical site under Dashboard > Reports.
