Comment on a Rotation

To reach out to someone in an existing rotation, add a message in the rotation's comment box.

  • Click Rotations from the left navigation menu.

  • Click on the rotation card affiliated with the person(s) you are trying to reach.

  • In the rotation, add your message in the Activity box on the page's right side.

  • Optionally, tag the person(s) you are directing your comment to by typing "@" and selecting the person's name from the dropdown list.

  • Optionally, select who the message is for.

  • After typing your message, click Add comment.

  • A notification will automatically be sent to the respective recipients.

Bulk Comment

To add a comment to group of rotations based on your filtered criteria:

  • Select a saved view, or add a filter, and click the actions button

  • Then click Add a comment:

  • Enter a comment and click Add comment


Bulk Email Users

You can now take action on all rotations on your standard rotation list, or a saved view you've created.

To email a group of users based on your filtered criteria:

  • Select a saved view, or add a filter, and click the actions button

  • Then click Email users:

  • You can select the users you'd like to email and create a personalized message using the templated options in brackets:
