Edit Elective Request Settings

Block Schools
Blocking students in Elective request settings prevents students from seeing your organization's opportunities on the Find Clinical Experiences page. Accepting an organization will only allow the schools listed to view and access your opportunities.
To set organizational preferences for accepting or blocking students from certain schools
Click Settings from the left navigation menu
Then, click Elective request settings from the submenu:
Note: You can also get to Elective request settings from the schools tab in an opportunity.
Allow Schools
Click the Add button under the Allowed list to search for and add schools
Students from allowed schools can see and apply for your opportunities. If you add any schools to this list, only students from these schools can request rotations with your organization.
Block Schools
Click the Add button under the Blocked list to search and add schools.
Students from the school(s) on your blocked list cannot view or request rotations at your organization. However, eligible students will be able to view and apply to your opportunities as long as they do not attend the schools you've added to your blocked list.
