Toggle Between Column, Calendar and List Formats

When you log in, you'll automatically be directed to the Rotations page. This view will give you an overview of rotation statuses and steps to be taken in the near future. You can toggle between a Column, Calendar and List format.

Column: Click Column at the top of your rotation page to view all opportunities organized by status.

Calendar: Click Calendar at the top of your rotation page to view all opportunities organized by month.

List: Click List at the top of the rotations page to view all opportunities organized in a list format.

Statuses

  • Rotations listed in pending application verification status mean there are one or more application steps needing to be verified before a student can be accepted. If you're one of the staff members eligible to verify steps, you'll see a purple badge icon, indicating there are steps on a rotation to be verified by you:

  • The rotation listed in pending clinical site status means the next step is for a clinical site coordinator to accept, deny, or waitlist a student, as well as propose changes to a rotation:

  • Rotations with a yellow badge mean there are one or more steps you can complete for the rotation.

  • Rotations with a red badge mean there are one or more steps outstanding, with the rotation starting in two weeks or less:
