Adding Students to the Waitlist
A student can be added to a general waitlist from any status, prior to Active.
Click into the rotation you intend to waitlist, and choose Add to waitlist
You'll be prompted to enter a number of days prior to the rotation start date, when the rotation will close if it's not accepted. You can accept a waitlisted rotation anytime prior to the close date:

Accept a student from the waitlist by opening up the rotation and clicking accept from waitlist:
