Before you accept a student rotation application, you can view potential scheduling conflicts for a student at other facilities. If a student has another rotation scheduled for a clinical site within your organization, you'll see the full name of the site. If the rotation is taking place outside of your organization, you'll see 'other organization' listed. You can still accept or waitlist a student application even if there are scheduling conflicts. Students and facilities can make changes to rotations or cancel rotations, if necessary.
