Start by clicking on + Add Filter at the top of your Rotations tab to filter by date. Then select Start date.

Once you've clicked on the start date filter, click on the added filter "Start date is before...?" In this menu, you can select parameters like "is before" and "is after" and then select the specific dates you would like to see.
