  • You need to Edit Email Notification Settings

Not Receiving Initial Email Communications

Recipient servers sometimes filter our automated emails as spam/junk, or block them from reaching your inbox. If you are not receiving initial, invitation, or confirmation emails, here are steps you can take:

  • Check your email spam or junk folder

Edit Email Notification Settings

If you are not receiving ongoing email notifications about rotations, please check your notification settings in Clinician Nexus to ensure you are set up to receive such communications by email:

  • Click Account from your left navigation menu

  • Click Notification Settings from the submenu

  • Select/deselect/verify the email communications you want to receive from Clinician Nexus

  • Click Save settings
