If you invited a student to join Clinician Nexus, but they haven't received the invitation yet, you can resend the invitation email.

Resend an Invitation to Join Clinician Nexus Individually:

  • Click Students from your left navigation menu

  • Enter the student's name into the search bar in the upper right corner of your screen

  • When you find the student, click Resend invite, found under the email address column.


Resend an Email Invitation to Students in Bulk:

  • Click Students from the left navigation menu

  • Apply the filter Email confirmation and leave the toggle off

  • Select multiple students by checking the box next to their name

  • Select Resend invitation to x students at the top of the page


Additional Information:

If, after resending the invitation, the student still does not receive the email, please take the following steps:

  • Verify the email address is spelled correctly in your student list. If you find the email requires spelling updates, please contact the school coordinator. School coordinators can update student names and emails up until the email address is confirmed.

  • Ask the student to confirm which email they are using to log in and that it's the correct address.

  • If correct, ask them to check their spam/junk folder for the email.

  • If it's still not being received by the student, it's likely that the email is being blocked by the school's IT Security Policy.
