If you invited a student to join Clinician Nexus, but they haven't received the invitation yet, you can resend the invitation email.
Resend an Invitation to Join Clinician Nexus:
Click Students from your left dashboard menu
Enter the student's name into the search bar in the upper right corner of your screen
When you find the student, click Resend invite, found under their email address.
If after resending the invitation the student still does not receive the email, please take the following steps:
Verify the email address is spelled correctly in your student list. If you find the email requires spelling updates, please contact Clinician Nexus Support by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Ask the student to check their spam/junk folder for the email.
