To facilitate networking within the clinical education community, other users can search for and view the profile you create. You can add as much, or as little, content as you would like. You can still search and apply for rotations, even if you choose not to complete all profile fields.

View Your Public Profile
To Begin:
Click My Account (profile picture) on the left navigation menu
Click Edit my profile from the submenu
Upload a Professional Picture
Your profile picture enables preceptors and faculty to recognize you on the first day of rotations.
Click Change Photo below the profile picture icon
Select a picture to upload
If the photo you select is not uploading, you may need to reduce the file size.
(Note: Profile pictures cannot be removed, but you can replace a photo with a different one)
Brief Bio/Background
You can include a Bio and some background information about yourself for Coordinators to see. If needed, any section of your profile can be hidden by click Hide. You can display that section again by clicking on Show on public profile.
Student Discipline, Year of Study, and Expected Graduation Date
Make sure to choose the correct student discipline and year of study. Please do not type in a custom discipline. Clinical Sites configure required disciplines for rotations. Custom disciplines will not meet those requirments.
Clinical Interests, Other Interests, and Languages of Proficiency
Include your clinical interests and information about who you are outside of the clinical site/school. You can also add any languages you are proficient in.
Save Changes
Be sure to click Save changes after making edits to the "About me" section.
Add Your Education and Experience
Any education, work, or volunteer experience is relevant, even if it isn't directly related to your healthcare career.
View Your Public Profile
To view the profile you've created and what others will see when they look at your profile:
Click View my profile in the top right corner of your screen
