  • You will automatically be directed to the Edit my profile page

  • Click Save changes.

  • Enter search criteria and/or filter for rotations of interest.

  • You can also use the map to zoom in/out to find rotations by location.

  • From the search results, click on rotations to learn more about them.

Applying for Rotations

  • To apply for a rotation, click on the rotation of interest, then click Start application.

  • Complete the Schedule, Learning objectives, and Application steps. You can click on each section to expand or collapse it to view more or less content.

  • Click Save changes at the top of your screen to save your work, and return to the application at a later time. To return to your application, simply click on the rotation card displayed on the Rotations dashboard.

  • Once everything is complete, click Save and submit request to submit your application to the clinical site.

  • If you no longer want to continue your rotation application, click Cancel rotation.

Once you submit your application, your rotation will automatically transition from Unsubmitted status to Pending application verification or Pending Clinical site status:

Application Acceptance, Waitlist, or Closure

Your application will then be reviewed by clinical site coordinators. Keep an eye out for an email informing if your application has been accepted, waitlisted, or closed. You may also receive a counter-offer for a different set of dates, or a preceptor/coordinator may ask you for more information. Your rotation will move statuses on the dashboard as actions are taken.

  • If your application is accepted, the rotation will automatically transition from Pending clinical site to Onboarding on your Rotations dashboard.

  • If your application is waitlisted, the rotation will move from Pending clinical site to Waitlisted on your Rotations dashboard.

  • If your application is closed, the rotation will move from Pending clinical site to Closed on your Rotations dashboard.

Complete Onboarding Steps

If your rotation is accepted, your rotation will move into Onboarding status. This means there are site-specific onboarding steps to complete.

To view and complete all onboarding steps:

  • Click on the rotation card to open the rotation details window.

  • In the rotation details window, you can view information about your rotation.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the window to access onboarding steps requiring completed.

Note: Sometimes individual onboarding steps will need to be completed by your school or clinical site coordinator. If that step hasn't been completed yet, your rotation will remain in Onboarding status until the coordinator has completed it.

Once these steps are complete and/or verified, your rotation will move into Ready status.
