Your application will then be reviewed by clinical site coordinators. Keep an eye out for an email informing if your application has been accepted, waitlisted, or closed. Your rotation will move statuses on the rotations page as actions are taken.
If your application is accepted, the rotation will automatically transition from Pending clinical site to Onboarding on your Rotations page.

If your application is closed, the rotation will move from Pending clinical site to Closed on your Rotations page.
Complete Onboarding Steps
If your rotation is accepted, your rotation will move into Onboarding status. This means there are site-specific onboarding steps to complete.
To view and complete all onboarding steps:
Click on the rotation card to open the rotation details window.
Scroll to the bottom of the window to access onboarding steps requiring completed.
Note: Sometimes individual onboarding steps will need to be completed by your school or clinical site coordinator. If that step hasn't been completed yet, your rotation will remain in Onboarding status until the coordinator has completed it.
