Clinical Site: Utilize Filters to View Student Onboarding Progress

To view student progression in completing onboarding steps, use filters to narrow down your rotations page to display only relevant rotations. Multiple filters can be applied at once to further specify your search. Once you've added a filter(s), click on the onboarding rotation card to view complete and incomplete onboarding steps, as well as who needs to complete them.


Filter by Service

Filter by service to view rotations for specific departments at your site.

To filter by service,

  • Click +Add filter from your rotations page, and select Service

  • Then, select from the following service options

  • Lastly, select Apply


Filter by Start Date

Filter by start date to view onboarding rotations with steps requiring completion in the near future.

To filter by start date,

  • Click +Add filter from your rotations page, and select Start Date

  • Then, select from the following options: Is/ Is Before/ Is After

  • Either enter a specific date, or select from the relative options below

  • Lastly, select Apply


Filter by Status

Filter by onboarding status to view all rotations with onboarding steps outstanding.

To filter by status,

  • Click +Add filter from your rotations page, and select Status

  • Then, select Onboarding

  • Lastly, select Apply


Export Student List

To export the list of students to an excel spreadsheet,

  • After adding a filter, click Export in the upper right corner of your screen

  • A spreadsheet will appear with data including the student's name, discipline, status, start/end date, onboarding deadline, etc.
