The ad-hoc rotation breakdown is the most customizable report option. Data on applications, rotations, and students in various statuses, as well as hours completed can be displayed. A time frame, groupings, and other filters can also be applied to narrow the report if necessary.

Common Uses for Ad-hoc Report:

The count rotation applications report displays data on how many rotation applications were received each month. Additional filters may be added to narrow data including date created, grouping, discipline, service, and more.

The count students who applied for rotations report displays data on the number of students applying each month. Additional filters may be added to narrow data including date created, grouping, discipline, service, and more.

The count accepted rotations report displays data on how many rotations were accepted each month. Additional filters may be added to narrow data including date created, grouping, discipline, service, and more.

Common Uses for Rotation Status History Report:

The student, faculty, and preceptors report displays a list of data on each of these users. The primarily data includes individuals' rotation, and profile information. Narrow the report results by only selecting certain types of users and the data needed under the "Choose what data to include" section. You can also filter by school, and student name, email, and year.

Common Use for Student, Faculty, and Preceptors Report:

The hours report displays data on hours logged within a specific time frame. The report will show each time a student logged hours, as well as grand total hours across the organization. Filters can be applied including hour types, and rotations filters. The information can also be sorted in a variety of ways including date logged, rotation status, school, and more.
