Clinical Site: Add Services to Organize Your Opportunities

The Services page provides you the ability to view and edit the major service areas where you provide Clinical experiences.

  • Create Services

  • Edit Existing Services


Create Services

  • Click on the Services Tab in the left navigation menu

  • Then, click + Add Service

  • Next, in the New Service window, you can add and configure the information for the general service area of your facility:

To view existing Services and any Opportunities associated with the Service. Click on the name of the Service in the list.

Edit Existing Services

  • Click the Services tab

  • Click the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the Service

  • Next, select edit service from the drop-down menu:


Tools and functionality

You can now apply search filters to search for Services. You can view quick filters, access related opportunities from each service, and export Services into a spreadsheet.

Apply search filters:

To filter your Services, click on "+ Add filter" and select the desired filter you wish to apply. Only Services that fall under that filter will display.

​Quick filters:

To apply Quick Filters, click "Quick Filters" at the top left of the Services page. This feature allows you to click on any of the information under the Service to view it in greater detail.

Export Services:

To export your Services list, click on "Export" at the top right of the Service page. This will export the filtered list of Services displayed on the page. Click on "show" to specify which Services you would like to have displayed on the screen or add a filter to view specific services..
