If a student's rotation is already scheduled, but you need to move them out of one rotation and into another, please follow the steps below.
Note: There is also an option to change the dates of the student's rotation.

Click Rotations from the left menu.
If needed, click +Add filter button to search for the rotation you would like to cancel.
Click on the rotation the student is currently in.
In the top right corner of the rotation details window, click the three dots.
Click Use a different opportunity.
Select the correct opportunity, then click save and the student will be moved to the opportunity.
