View Configuration Details and School Rotation Usage for an Opportunity

To view Opportunity details...

  • Click Opportunities on the left navigation menu

  • Select an Opportunity

Opportunity Information

Expand the Opportunity information dropdown for an overview of the opportunity configuration details including school and scheduling settings. You can also edit the opportunity and schedule students at the top right of the page.

Schools Detail

Schools detail views allow you to see the opportunities utilization from each school.

Opportunity by School View:

View how many rotations are scheduled from each school.

Opportunity Status View:

View how many total rotations are in each status.

School Status View:

View rotations at each school, based on their status.

Rotations

View rotation details including status, schedule and students. Click "View rotation" to see the rotation on your rotations page.

Opportunity Calendar

If the student is scheduled into specific opportunity windows, view opportunity usage each day using the calendar view.
