By setting up a caller ID for your facility, the facility’s phone number will be displayed on the recipient's phone when they receive a call.

By default, Cliniconex will automatically assign a random number to each facility which is associated with their geographic region. In order to ensure family members who are receiving notifications from your facilities are more confident in the source of the message, it is highly recommended to configure caller-ID for all of your facilities.

Organization Administrators are authorized for setting up caller ID.

Setting up a caller ID for facilities within your organization must be done in coordination with an individual who has the ability to pick up the phone at the location with which the caller ID is being configured.

To do so:

  • Navigate to Main Menu ☰ > Settings > Onboarding Requirements

  • Select a Facility from the bottom left-hand corner

  • Follow the on-screen instructions

    • TIP: The call display screen is a little tricky as your screen needs to be set at 90% Zoom ratio for you to be able to see the code.

  • And repeat the process for all of your facilities

We encourage you to send a TEST message by selecting a template from the main screen, selecting the corresponding facility, and using the TEST function. The test call will come from your configured caller ID number if successfully set up. See the "Sending your First Messages" section in Getting Started: A Guide for New Administrators for help sending a TEST message.
