Whether you're an Organizational Administrator with access to all the facilities in your organization or a Facility Administrator or User with access to two or more facilities, you may need to switch context to view, use or edit Templates associated with another facility, changes settings, configure Caller ID, etc.

The context selector is available to you as a means to narrow (or widen) information on your current page based on your context (a specific facility or your entire organization).

In order to do so, click on the bottom left-hand button. Note that this also serves as an indicator of your current facility context.

You will then be presented with the following menu allowing you to select the facility you wish to access.

You can easily switch from one facility to the next or even back to an organizational context which will only display Templates that are common across your entire company.
