I’m reaching out today with an exciting announcement. Starting on DATE, FACILITY NAME will be using an automated system to help improve communication with our resident families.

This new system will allow us to push important messages to our resident’s loved ones and powers of attorney to ensure transparent and regular communication. The system will be used to update you on day-to-day operational topics such as policy updates and upcoming events and in the case of any emergencies or outbreaks.

We’ve chosen to implement Automated Care Messaging by Cliniconex, which will allow our team to spend less time making outbound calls and more time caring for residents. This is especially important in the case of an outbreak or emergency. It allows our management team to send targeted messages to our family community in just a few minutes of effort rather than diverting resources to make manual calls.

Here are a few key things for you to note:

  • You can expect voice calls to come from [CALLER ID] and emails to come from noreply@cliniconex.com

  • By default, the system has been configured to reach you via voice, but if you prefer to be reached by text (SMS) or email, please let us know by emailing [EMAIL] or calling [PHONE NUMBER]

  • The good news is that you don’t need to download an app or manage a new username/password
