Positive or Suspected Case of COVID-19 (Family)

Positive or Suspected Case of COVID-19 in Staff (Family)

Dear Residents and Families,

We wish to inform you that an employee of FACILITYNAME has tested positive for COVID-19. While this is a challenging time for everyone, we know it is especially difficult for those with loved ones in our care, and we want to share with you how [ORGANIZATION] is responding.

We will be having a full house mandatory testing on [DATE] for all staff and residents. We will have testing twice next week on [DATE] and [DATE]. Staff must get tested on both days.

Visitation Guidelines

Dear Residents and Families,

I am pleased to announce that FACILITYNAME is now allowing indoor visits under most circumstances. We will continue to follow very specific visitation and safety protocols. Visitors will be required to go through a pre-screening process and wear appropriate PPE.

Outdoor visits are still encouraged, but we can permit indoor visitation with certain precautions, and which are subject to change based on regulatory guidance or clinical safety issues. Suspending Visitations
