Power Outage Notice

FACILITYNAME is experiencing a power outage. Through the use of backup power supplies, we are able to maintain programs and services. Caring for residents and keeping them safe continues to be our top priority. Telephones in resident rooms are operating and residents can be contacted in the normal manner.

If you have any scheduled visitations today please note that these have been cancelled and will be rescheduled ASAP. We commit to providing updates on this situation as it evolves. We thank you for your support, and patience while we resolve this issue.

Respiratory Outbreak

Dear Residents and Families,

This is to advise you that FACILITYNAME is currently experiencing a respiratory outbreak. You are requested to not visit if you are ill. If you are coming to visit a resident, we ask that you visit only with that resident and then leave immediately. Please check with the staff prior to entering the unit. Please clean your hands. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the home for use by all. We will update you when the outbreak has ended.

Gastro Outbreak

Dear Residents and Families,

FACILITY NAME is currently experiencing a gastrointestinal outbreak. If you are coming in to visit a resident, please check with a nurse before visiting as you may need to take extra precautions and wear protective equipment. We ask that you visit only with that resident and then leave immediately.

Please be aware that by coming into the building to visit during this time, you may increase your chances of developing these symptoms. Please clean your hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer when you arrive and before leaving, as well as after any contact with a resident. As a reminder, please do not visit if you are not feeling well for any reason. Our residents and staff will thank you for your assistance in helping to reduce the spread of infection. We will notify you when the outbreak is over.
