Resident Contact Filters

Reach all of your resident family contacts or filter by Unit, Floor, or Room

When sending a message to Resident Contacts, the system default is to select "All Residents" so you can quickly compose and deliver broadcast messages.

To reach a specific, targeted, audience, select either Units, Floors, or Rooms to filter who will receive the message.


Unit Selection

Select all units of the facility or target specific unit(s) for delivery of your message to the corresponding resident contacts.


Floor Selection

Select all floors of the facility or target specific floor(s) for delivery of your message to the corresponding resident contacts.


Room Selection

Select all rooms of the facility or target specific room(s) for delivery of your message to the corresponding resident contacts.

The default is to have all rooms visible, but you can also filter by Units and Floors to help filter your message recipients.

NOTE: Cliniconex has real-time access to changes in resident occupancy (such as moving in or out of a room) as they appear in the PointClickCare EHR.

Changes in the EHR regarding the addition or removal of rooms/floors/units are updated every 24 hours.
