Sending to multiple facilities

Select more than one facility as the target audience for either resident or staff messages.

To send the same message to residents and staff in multiple facilities at once:

  • Open or create a template and click the To bar

  • Select all the facilities you wish to send the message to

  • Continue sending the message as you normally would

Note: As the message will be sent to all residents or staff in the chosen facilities, further filtering options like unit or floor are unavailable.

Note: A drop-down menu at the top of the Facilities section will automatically filter out facilities which do not have the Staff Add-on as an option when sending a staff message.
