Your care community needs to provide SMS consent to receive text messages from you. To find the toll-free number associated with your facility:
Navigate to the Main Menu ☰
Click Settings
Click on SMS Consent
Select the facility for which you require the number from the menu in the bottom left-hand corner
The toll-free number will appear
Click the copy icon to be able to paste the number into a message
For new users to Automated Care Messaging, your toll-free number is still being assigned and will be available approximately one week after ACM activation. Check back during week 2 for your number!
💡Tip! Once you have your SMS consent toll-free number, we suggest emailing or calling your care community to let them know what they need to do to provide consent.
Include the number in that message so they know the number to text.
