What is Clockwork?
Clockwork is an AI-native financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform built for small and mid-sized businesses and the accounting professionals who advise them.
It connects to your accounting software — QuickBooks Online, Xero, or QuickBooks Desktop — and automatically builds a living financial model from your data. You get a real-time view of your business performance, intelligent forecasts, cash flow projections, and your own AI financial advisor, Mira, all in one place.

Once connected to your accounting software, Clockwork automatically:
Builds your Financial Model — a historical and forecasted P&L, driven by AI analysis of your transactions
Generates your Cash Flow Forecast — a forward-looking view of your cash position, updated automatically as your data syncs
Calculates your Metrics — key business KPIs derived directly from your financials
Powers Mira, your AI financial advisor, who can answer questions, surface insights, and help you plan
From there, you can customize your forecast with your own assumptions, model different scenarios, plan headcount, build custom reports, and more.
How does data get into Clockwork?
Clockwork connects to your accounting software and syncs automatically — typically once per hour — so your models always reflect your latest financial data. You can also import financial data from an Excel or CSV file if you're not yet connected to an accounting system.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Clockwork uses read-only access to your accounting data — we never write back to your accounting system. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never shared with third parties.
