Here's how Clockwork's pricing and billing work. For the most up-to-date pricing, always check clockwork.ai/pricing.
Business plans
Prices below are per month on annual billing, with the month-to-month price in brackets. Annual billing saves 20%. Every plan is billed per company, not per seat, so you can invite unlimited users to a company at no extra charge, with no forecast limits and no hidden upcharges. Any plan is open to any business, whatever your revenue.
Predict, $499/month ($629 month-to-month). Our entry plan. Includes Mira (your AI financial analyst), 12-month projections, weekly cash flow, scenario planning, and the headcount planner with payroll integration. Additional entities are $199/month each.
Ultimate, $1,199/month ($1,499 month-to-month). Adds anomaly detection, advanced Smart Alerts, multi-entity consolidated forecasting, and board-ready reporting.
Enterprise, custom pricing from $30,000/year. Adds access to a CFO, custom Mira workflows, white-glove implementation and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
The Insight plan is no longer sold. If you are already on Insight, nothing changes: your plan and price continue as they are.
What comes with which plan
Mira, weekly cash flow, scenario planning and the headcount planner are included on every business plan.
Multi-entity consolidated forecasting starts at Ultimate. On Predict you can add entities individually at $199/month each.
Integrations are included on every plan with no integration fees: QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Excel/CSV and Google Sheets.
Free trial
Business plans come with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. That lets you connect your data and explore the platform before deciding on a paid subscription.
For accounting & advisory firms
Firm plans are sized by how many client files you work in rather than per seat, and they bundle pooled client licenses. If you outgrow a plan's bundle, you can add client files individually rather than jumping to the next tier.
Start, $799/month ($999 month-to-month). Up to 10 client files, then $99/month per additional file. Full Predict functionality on every client file, including Mira, weekly cash flow, scenario planning and all integrations.
Scale, $1,999/month ($2,499 month-to-month). Up to 30 client files, then $69/month per additional file. Adds Mira Always-on Analyst, advanced reporting, white-label deliverables, and Slack/Teams alerts.
Growth, $3,999/month ($4,999 month-to-month). Up to 80 client files, then $49/month per additional file. Adds Mira Advisory Copilot, white-glove onboarding, advisory coaching and a dedicated coach.
Enterprise, custom pricing from $60,000/year. For 80+ client files. Adds custom API integration, unlimited multi-entity consolidation and a named implementation team.
Firm plans start with a conversation rather than a trial, so we can size the right plan for your client base. You can book a time with our team. Firms with 5 or more clients may also qualify for the Clockwork Champions Program, which adds further discounts, coaching and co-marketing.
Managing your subscription
To view or update your billing, log in and go to Settings → Billing, where a Master Admin can manage your plan, update your payment method, and view invoices.
