Now that you have accessed Closepin, you may search for and select a company to assign to your loan file. Follow the steps below to access Closepin and begin searching for title and settlement companies
In the Agency Search section, enter the following information for the company you are looking for:
Agency Name
Address
City
State
Zip Code
*Note that only company name and state are required search fields
Click Begin Search
Review all search results and select the company you will be working with on the open loan file. If no search results appear check out this article [Insert Article Link]
Click Select on the company location you will be working with
The selected company profile will open. Here you will be able to view the current status of that location based on your custom Closepin requirements
The status will either show as "In Compliance" if the company location has met your Closepin requirements or "Out of Compliance" if the company location needs additional information to meet your requirements.
To request that missing information be updated by the selected company, you may click on the Request Validation button.
